How our Zoom meetings work

All remote consultations are conducted via our secure Zoom meeting room. After you submit your booking request, we'll confirm a specific time slot and send you a calendar invitation with your personal Zoom link.

Secure & Private — all meetings are password-protected. Only you receive the meeting link.
Video or audio — you can join with or without your camera. Your preference, always.
Calendar invite — you'll receive a calendar invitation (.ics) for easy one-click joining on the day.
Confirmed within 24 hours — we respond to all booking requests within one business day.
Any device — join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. No special equipment needed.

Initial Consultation — 30 min Free

An introductory discussion to understand your requirement and explore how we may be able to help. No preparation required. Confidential and without obligation.

Scoping Session — 60 min

A structured session to scope a specific appraisal, advisory engagement, or research requirement. Useful when you have a defined question or challenge in mind.

Review & Debrief — 45 min

A follow-up session for ongoing clients to review findings, discuss outputs, or refine the direction of an engagement.
